At Complete Flooring, we have a defined corporate resource management process to ensure the efficient and effective development of our organisations resources when needed. Our aim is to ensure that our resources are never over-allocated across all our projects. It aims to reduce both excess inventories and shortages, by forecasting by time period into the future as far as reasonable. Our goal is to achieve 100% utilization of stock and material resources and the same time developing and giving our staff opportunities to learn new skills.

With regular meetings and keeping up to date with new trends, we are well on our way to achieving this goal. We believe that our company needs to have all the resources necessary and on hand to ensure the optimal and successful running of our business.

The resources we focus on is:

Financial, Inventory, Human skills, Production, Information Technology (IT)

All of the above resources are monitored and with the constant implementation of new IT programmes, it makes it easier for us to keep track of all aspects of our business and to have access to stats at any time.
